Иллюстрация   Welcome to the 1st International Forum - the "Asfen.forum, new generation-2023"!
Let me express my sincere thought that the organization and hosting of the event of the 1st International Forum "Asfen.forum, new generation-2023" is associated with large-scale reforms that are taking place in our country as the process of new institutional reforms.
The President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, outlined the main measures aimed at increasing scientific potential such as: annual allocation of additional funds for scientific research of young scientists; gradual increase in funding for applied science, including co-financing of scientific research by business and creating conditions for commercialization of the results of scientific and scientific-technical activities, in particular, through the allocation of annual grants; formation and development of specialized engineering centers, scientific and technological parks at leading universities and large enterprises.
The transition of the national economy to an innovative path of development is associated with large-scale investments in human potential. Innovation potential is a strategic resource that determines the place of the national economy in the global economic system.
The process of integration of various levels and organizational forms of education, science and practice is a trend that gradually covers all countries of the world, including Kazakhstan.
I express my gratitude to the members of the Organization Committee of the Forum, the Association of Urologists of Kazakhstan, the “Altyn Shipager” and other sponsors for their assistance in hosting this event.
Close cooperation with universities, health organizations, pharmaceutical companies, manufacturers - those who are the integral part of the process of education, upbringing and employment of our students, is a real basis for integration of science, education and practice.
I hope the 1st International Forum "Asfen.forum, new generation-2023" will become the platform for new ideas and findings, and with this I wish the participants and guests all the success in their research and practical activities!
